How can I re-pair my heart rate monitor to the app?

Connection Troubleshooting Steps for the Heart Montior


Try this to fix most problems connecting or receiving heart rate if (1) readjusting your heart rate monitor, (2) disconnecting from bluetooth and (3) your heart rate monitor is not paired to any other device has not resolved the problem. 
After completing, re-try connecting to your HRM in the CorSync app.


Re-pair the monitor:


• Remove the monitor from the Nuvita CorSync app: Tap “More” on the menu at the bottom of the app, tap Paired Devices, tap the red ‘Forget this device’ if that setting is shown.
• In the “More” menu of the Corsync app, tap Logout.
• Open the Nuvita CorSync app, login, tap WorkOut on the menu at the bottom, and tap the green Pair/Connect bar to pair your monitor. When pairing your monitor, be at least 50 feet away from anyone else who may be wearing a Bluetooth HRM so you don’t pair with their monitor.


If this doesn't work or doesn't apply, try another step in the "Heart Monitor Questions" folder.
