Connection Troubleshooting Steps for the Heart Monitor
Try this to fix most problems connecting or receiving heart rate if (1) readjusting your heart rate monitor and (2) your heart rate monitor is not connected to your phone via bluetooth but still did not work.
After completing each step, re-try connecting to your HRM in the CorSync app.
Do not pair with any other devices or apps.
Do you have an Apple watch , Garmin, Fitbit or other fitness tracker? You cannot have the Nuvita HRM paired to more than one device/app at a time. In order to use the Nuvita HRM in the CorSync app, you must un-pair the monitor from the watch. Turn OFF your watch and see if the Nuvita HRM will connect in the CorSync app. OR close any other apps that you have paired the Nuvita HRM to.
