I have a ZERO on the leaderboard, what does that mean?

The leaderboard shows app users who have logged minutes in or above their target heart rate.  If you log a workout/activity in the app via your heart rate monitor or you device (Apple Watch or Garmin), the app will calculate the number of minutes in or above your target heart rate.  If you see a "zero" on the leaderboard, it means the app recognized your activity, but there were no minutes recorded at or above your target heart rate.

If you have a workout but the total number of minutes does not reflect on the leader board or under activity, it is because only the minutes at or above your target heart rate.  For example, if you workout for 60 minutes, but only 20 minutes are at or above your target heart rate the leaderboard will only reflect those 20 minutes.

You can find what your target heart rate is by:

1.  Log into the Nuvita CorSync app.

2.  Hit "MORE" in the bottom right hand corner.

3.  Click on "My Cardio Program" under "Pages".

4.  The range of beats per minute (BPM) for In Zone target heart rate are in the middle, blue column.  Above rate are shown in the last, gold column.  In order to see minutes reflected on the leaderboard, your BPM must fall in the range in one of those columns.
