Not really, You have the flexibility in choosing your protein and how you prepare it, and use your book for all the amazing ways to spice up your veggies. There's also great carb swaps, I do them all I even try herb seasoned black beans and lentils too!
So yes, you are following the same STRUCTURE of meals for the week, but you can prepare your protein, fruit and carb as you see fit!
