You can rate your meals using the thumbs in the nutrition section of the app. The green thumb means you did great and stuck to your meal plan or ate a healthy meal. If you eat off meal plan and the choice was not a healthy as it could have been, you can give yourself the sideways gray thumb. The red thumb is when you eat an unhealthy meal choice.
It is important to be honest with yourself and to review the percentage of green, gray and red thumbs each week. The more you pay attention to your eating habits, the more you learn how your body responds to what you put in it.
