Connection Troubleshooting Steps for the Heart Montior
Try readjusting your heart monitor in order to fix most problems connecting or receiving heart rate.
After completing, re-try connecting to your HRM in the CorSync app.
Readjust the HR strap:
• Remove the strap from your chest.
• Disconnect the Nuvita monitor from the chest strap.
• Wipe the connection snaps on the monitor with a clean, dry cloth.
• Connect the Nuvita monitor to the chest strap.
• Wet the electrodes well with water before putting the HR strap on.
• Make sure the strap is properly positioned and on tight enough for the electrodes to make a constant, firm electrical contact with the skin.
• Wear the strap under your shirt, and against your skin. The strap is worn on the rib cage, below the pectoral muscles or breasts. The Nuvita logo on the HRM is upright and centered.
