Connection Troubleshooting Steps for the Heart Montior
Try this to fix most problems connecting or receiving heart rate if readjusting your heart rate monitor did not work.
After completing each step, re-try connecting to your HRM in the CorSync app.
Do not pair with your phone.
Do NOT pair the Nuvita HRM in your phone's Bluetooth Settings. If you do that, you will NOT be able to pair it in the CorSync app. You only pair the Nuvita HRM in the CorSync app. Check you phone's bluetooth settings, the Nuvita HRM will show up as HRMxxxx or Nuvitaxxx . If you paired the monitor and it shows as "Connected" in your phone's bluetooth settings, tap it and "Forget Device".
If this doesn't work or doesn't apply, try another step in the "Heart Monitor Questions" folder.
