What Are My Drink Options

  1. Plain Water (CLICK HERE FOR: Best times to Drink)

  2. Infused water (CLICK HERE FOR: our fav Diva Detox Water)

  3. Organic UnSweetened Green Tea (add fresh lemon juice if you like). You may add stevia (organic drops)

  4. Coffee (1-2 cups per day MAX) with a SPLASH (tad bit / a little) unsweetened coconut milk and unsweetened almond milk. NO DAIRY, NO SUGAR THIS WEEK!

  5. Your body really needs plain ole H2O (that water sis)  try to reach as close to a gallon as you can. (CLICK HERE TO See tips on how to)
